Hilltop Orchard Apartments is owned by a Christian-based charitable foundation. We are seeking renters who desire a quiet and peaceful environment. The units are nicely-decorated, small units located on a hilltop that overlooks an expansive valley. Each apartment has its own exterior entry. The location is closely accessible to the I-10, 60 and 91 freeways. Unlike congested apartment complexes, this is a beautiful setting where you will enjoy privacy and a home-like environment. The apartments are shaded by large trees and an afternoon breeze cools the hilltop in the summer. Natural gas, water, sewer, trash and wi-fi are included in the rent price. Electricity is shared with the few renters in the same building, thus dividing the base-charge, making individual billings quite moderate. Each unit has access to a washer and dryer facility. Parking is off the street by the apartment entry and the apartment complex is fully fenced for privacy and safety. Parking accommodates only one vehicle. No pets are allowed. Units accommodate only one individual. All units are non-smoking. A monthly discount is offered to long-term renters who pay rent on time. Rental units start at $1500 per month after discount. First and last month rent plus cleaning deposit is due in advance.
