There are 3 full bathrooms in the home. Two rooms will be sharing one assigned bathroom. Shared living area, shared kitchen, laundry, and private backyard. Some of the rooms have private access from the side of the house. Each room is equipped with a split system ac unit. Everything was renovated: new bathrooms, new flooring, new closets, new doors and windows, fresh paint, new washer and dryer within the home. Utilities and wifi are included in the monthly rent. Lots of space in the kitchen and extra storage space available in the hallway. You will be sharing everything except your bedroom, so "house rules" will apply and will be reviewed with you prior to renting the space. Only street parking. There's also a nice backyard you may use for gardening, bbq, or just hanging out. Common area furnishings may be provided by homeowner (i.e. TV, sofa, patio furniture).
