Homes are same gender Bethel/BSSM students or alumni. Spaces available for both men and women. This listing is for a private room and shared bathroom for $425 per month. Other options are available: Small Shared room | $250, Master Shared | $325, Private Room | $425 Utilities cost are additional - average between $30-50 per person per month - depending on how cold and much you run your air conditioning. $250 deposit required.
