We are currently seeking a dedicated, live-in Property Manager for this 33-unit apartment building. This role requires someone with basic handyman skills and the ability to handle on-site emergencies promptly. Responsibilities include:
- Managing tenant relations, including addressing concerns
- Coordinating with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and improvements
- Conducting routine inspections of units and common areas
- Ensuring compliance with property rules and regulations
- Performing light maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Responding to after-hours emergencies when needed
- Experience in property management and basic handyman knowledge is essential.
