Responsibilities include: - Managing tenant relations, including addressing concerns - Coordinating with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and improvements - Conducting routine inspections of units and common areas - Ensuring compliance with property rules and regulations - Performing light maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, etc.) - Responding to after-hours emergencies when needed - Experience in property management and basic handyman knowledge is essential. Housing will be provided as part of the compensation package. We currently have a 1x1 available for lease, as well as one 2x2 and two 1x1 apartments becoming available in the next few weeks.
