This property provides tenants with a private backyard, private laundry, and a garage. If you decide to apply for one of our properties, there is a $57.95 per adult application fee that is non-refundable. Anyone aged 18 or above who will be residing at the property must apply. WE REQUIRE YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR RESIDENT BENEFITS PACKAGE. You will be billed monthly $50 for the Resident Benefits Package.
