This house is a very nice 3-bedroom 1-bath house that was recently upgraded. It's a good neighborhood, an older established neighborhood, but the houses are well cared for. There is a large backyard and a porch in front of the house. There is a single-car garage with a garage door opener. The kitchen was upgraded with new cabinets and a granite countertop. This place includes a washer and dryer in the garage. Downtown is a few blocks away, and the water from the Sacramento River is also a few blocks away. We use a one year lease that automatically becomes a month to month lease with all the conditions remaining intact. The tenant is responsible for all utilities, water, PG&E, trash pickup.
