Enjoy the large Accoya Wood Deck with ambient lighting and a spacious dining table to take in the ocean air. The tranquil outdoor space also features a large lawn, a gas fire pit, sand beach, and boulder seating. The kitchen boasts energy-efficient SMEG appliances, custom plywood cabinetry, quartz countertops, and poplar shelving. The bathroom includes a custom minimal threshold linear drain shower, marble countertops, concrete flooring, and a custom shiplap sliding barn door. A hidden laundry room with a storage area is also included. Parking is available on the street with a guaranteed spot in front of the gate to the home. Additional street parking is available if necessary. Nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood, this BoHo Beach Bungalow is just steps away from the ocean. Down the street is the popular Eldwayen Ocean Park, where you can watch the waves crash and enjoy beautiful nightly sunsets. The area is easily navigable by car, with Uber and Lyft services available. Quiet hours are effective from 10 PM to 7 AM daily. Trash must not be stored in public view except in proper containers for collection. Vehicles and traffic generated by the residence should not exceed normal residential levels or interfere with the quiet enjoyment of other residences or businesses. Maximum overnight occupancy is limited to four people, including children. Visitors are not allowed between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. and cannot stay overnight. A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security, with no cameras inside the property. Entry is facilitated by a lockbox near the front door, with the code provided 72 hours before arrival. Equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, this home is remote work-friendly, allowing you to work comfortably from the beach or the charming outdoor patio area. The Smart TV is equipped with Chromecast for your entertainment needs.
