Parking is available on the street with a guaranteed spot in front of the gate to the home. Additional street parking is available if necessary. Nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood, this bungalow is just steps away from the ocean. Nearby, you'll find Eldwayen Ocean Park, where you can enjoy the waves and stunning sunsets. The area offers easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, hiking trails, and parks, embodying the Central Coast beach lifestyle. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM daily. Trash should not be left in public view except in proper containers for collection.
