Perfect for travel nurses or medical professionals. 3-4 blocks away from Kaiser (less than a 5 min walk) There is 1 dedicated parking space right in front of the studio in the driveway. Other cars can freely park on the street without any permits. Other things to note We take pride in our newly built home and hope you love it here as much as we do. To protect the property, please note the following: No smoking indoors or in the backyard. Tampering with the smoke detector or ANY evidence of smoking in the unit will result in full forfeiture of your damage deposit. Please help conserve energy & water. Turn off lights in unoccupied rooms, do not let water run when not in use, and please turn off the mini-split heating/cooling unit when you leave the house. No burning of candles or open flames to avoid risk of fire. No food items down the kitchen sink. No flushable wipes, paper towels, or feminine products down the toilet. (This is strictly enforced to protect the ADU's plumbing). When leaving for the day, PLEASE: turn off all lights, the heating/cooling unit, and unplug hair styling appliances. Ensure the door is fully closed and locked behind you. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have left for the day and need me to check on any of the above. Supplies: We provide you with a starter set of hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and coffee. Because this is a long-term rental, it is your responsibility to purchase your own household goods and supplies once the starter set runs out.
