(state driver’s license, passport) • No felony convictions • Incomplete applications will be set aside until all required information is submitted by all applicants • Once approved, a signed lease and the first full month's rent (or more depending upon credit worthiness) plus security deposit will be due. Payment must be made through Zelle or cashier’s check or money order only. • The security deposit is due in full, prior to your receipt of front door key code. Please note you must have a PO Box.
