653 Oak Run Trail Condo

I own a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in beautiful area of Oak park. I am moving temporary abroad to care for my elderly mother and will be out of the country for at least 6 months, possibly longer I am looking to rent my condo as a furnished one bedrooms/one bath condo. My bedroom- the primary bedroom and bath will be off limits and locked. You will have your own bedroom, full size bathroom and full access to the kitchen, the living and dining room. My condo is nicely furnished and I am looking for one responsible, professional, clean and quiet person who will care for it like it is their own. Looking for 1 tenant only. My neighbors and the area are very quiet, my condo is on the top 3rd floor, end unit, only one common wall, has high celling and it faces the mountains and open space behind our property. There is no elevator, but it is only one flight of stairs from the parking lot since the building is on a hill. Our complex is very well maintained by our HOA, has lots of trees and green spaces, 2 recreation areas, each with a pool and a jacuzzi, also 2 tennis courts, gym, sauna and a 2 racket ball court , and you will have access to all. One parking space is available in your own assigned parking space in a carport which is right in front of my entrance. Your bedroom opens up to a very large balcony with views of the mountains and open space and it is the perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee or unwind at sunset. Oak Park is a neighborhood tucked in between Agoura hills and Westlake, surrounded by mountains and it has a lots of public parks and hiking trails. the beautiful Oak Canyon community park and recreation center is 5 minutes walk from my condo. Access to Chesboro, Palo Comado, China Flats trails is just down the street. Lots of great restaurants in the area. The Canyon Club in Agoura is a great concert venue. Just a short drive over the Santa Monica mountains are Zuma Beach, Point Dume , and Malibu. Also FYI I have a cat, so this is a cat home, in case you have allergies and would like to see the place. She travels with me and will be coming with me abroad.
