Guest Home located on 34 acres in the Country. You will need a reliable vehicle, possibly 4x4, at least a truck is recommended. 3 miles on a dirt road to a dirt driveway up another 500 yards to an oasis of living in the back country but only being 10-15 minutes to town. We have two 2 bedroom one bath units that are available currently. We also have a 1 bedroom for $2000 month. One of the two bedrooms has a second 1/2 bath and the other has a 1 car garage. All three units include you basic utilities electric, water, sewer and trash included. Pets are case by case basis. Internet is through your cell phone carrier or other services like ranch wifi.
