Union Tower - Affordable Housing Apartments

A brand-new affordable apartment community in National City designed for families and veterans to live comfortably and thrive together. Affordable rents for households earning between 30%-60% of the Area Median Income(AMI). Section 8 vouchers accepted. The community features on-site laundry facilities, large community room with kitchen, computer lab, common area wi-fi, spacious courtyard with BBQ grills, four outdoor decks, and a play area. We are pet friendly! There is limited onsite parking. We also have supportive housing units available exclusively through HUD-VASH and VHHP referrals. To qualify for those units, individuals must be a veteran experiencing homelessness, meet HUD criteria for homelessness, pass a criminal background screening, and complete annual paperwork and allow regular inspections of apartment during tenancy.
