The Nitty Gritty: Rent ranges from #1295 to $1550 per month (Depending on which house you choose) and includes water, septic, and garbage. You would be account for your own electric (submetered), propane, and internet (WiFi options available). Tiny House can be provided fully furnished for additional $50 per month. Deposit $1000. Pet friendly! Up to two cats or dogs OK (certain dog breed restrictions). Pet deposit additional $200.
