Situated on the east side of Highway 1, just off Main Street, residents enjoy proximity to Spencer’s Fresh Market and a variety of dining options, Cloisters Community Park, and of course, the beach! Also nearby are Morro Bay High School, Del Mar Elementary School, and a Morro Bay Transit stop at Spencer’s. Guaranteed appliances include stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The refrigerator is included but is not guaranteed. Washer and dryer hookups are available for tenants to supply their own units. Tenants pay for all utilities except water/sewer and trash. Small pets, up to 30 pounds, will be considered.
