This well cared for unit comes with it's own carport and utilities included (water, trash, electric, gas). NO PETS. Rent is for 1 person; second occupant is an additional $100. Maximum occupancy is strictly 2 people. These are units of the Vintage Motel (New Star Motel ); there are no motel amenities included. No laundry facilities on site. No internet or phone services provided. Frontier Internet (DSL) hook-up and Spectrum Internet available. Gardening area available. Permanent guests will be provided with House Rules prior to renting.
