Open minded owner lives in front. Unit includes fridge, micro, a/c, gas heater, high end gas oven. Lots of cabinets, shower/ large sliding door.. Yard is private but shared with me.. There are low voltage lights along the walkway, back and front yards and near the back house. I leave these on all night, and they look quite amazing. Would love to find someone interested in gardening, but not a deal breaker. Los Angeles Forest less than 5 minutes away. 10 minutes to Burbank airport, 20 minutes to downtown LA. 10 minutes to Pasadena, easy fwy access, grocery store/bank/restaurants all within a few minutes walk.. Express bus stop to downtown and union station a 3 minute walk.VERY QUIET area.. GAS, WATER, ELECTRIC, INTERNET AND TRASH INCLUDED IN RENT! Street parking readily available and a spot right out front is almost always open. NO SMOKING, DRUGS! Unit is occupied but they are allowing it to be shown before they move out.
