**Available for Rent between June 20 - August 20th, 2026** This house sleeps 4 people! We have a master bedroom with a Queen-sized bed, a guest bedroom/office with a fold-out sofa double bed (both versions are pictured), and a dedicated office room as well. This house is perfect for professionals who work remotely, a couple with 1 or 2 children, or 2 couples. We are foodies, so the kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need to make a great meal, including a dishwasher and toaster oven (however please note there is no microwave). The house was built in 2023 so everything is very new! It is fully furnished and includes a walk in closet and a wall-mounted TV. The house also has a beautiful outdoor garden and patio area with fruit trees, a grill and a vegetable garden! This house is located in El Sereno, South Of Huntington Drive, in a very old, quiet neighborhood in East LA lined with palm trees. We are 10 minutes away from USC Keck Medical Center and Cal State LA, and 15 minutes away from Highland Park! We are just a few minutes drive from fantastic local hiking spots Ascot Hills and Ernst E. Debs Park, and there are multiple taco stands and local eateries within a 2 mile radius. There are 7 grocery stores within a 10 minute drive, including a Costco. The house also comes with: parking (1 spot), central heat/air, laundry, walking distance to bodega, utilities and wifi included in rental rate. Please note that there are 3 stairs at the front door and that the hallway is not wide enough for a wheelchair. We are two filmmakers who are looking for renters that are clean and quiet to enjoy our home while we're gone. Please be aware that this is a "back house" and there are longterm tenants in the "front house" on the property. You have a fence for privacy, but will share a driveway with them. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Must stay at least 30 days, lease length can be between 1-2 months. If you are interested please tell me a little bit about yourself! Where you're from, why you will be in LA, what you do, etc etc. Before renting we will do a zoom interview with you, a credit and criminal background check on all adults that will be staying at the property ($29/per person), and ask for references. This is because we have other tenants on the property (in a separate house) who's safety we need to ensure. Refundable security deposit of $1800 required upon signing contract. Pets Policy: Pets will be allowed on a case by case basis. We have one cat but she will be traveling with us.
