Our 2-story, split level home was built in 1938 as a gift for the owner's wife. We believe it's just the right amount of space for one to enjoy the sun filled rooms or the hillside views. There's a terraced backyard providing a nice break from the city at large as well as a badminton court for organizing. Street parking in front of garage. No garage access. With a split level floorplan, the sleeping rooms and a full bathroom occupy the upstairs. There are two bedrooms (a queen and two twin beds) both with plenty of windows to allow for lots of natural light. Downstairs are the living areas. A living room with natural light as well and hillside views across the way with the Griffith Park Observatory in the distance. There's also a guest bathroom, kitchen and access to a patio with stairs leading to the backyard where the laundry room can also be found.
