The charming, family-friendly neighborhood gets daily visits from the elotero and ice cream truck and there are fruterias and tamale stands within a few blocks. The freestanding cottage features brand new kitchen cabinets with quartz countertops, tile floors, new light fixtures and cordless blinds, and fresh paint throughout. The house has lots of windows on every side for a bright home and plenty of fresh air. The electrical has been completely redone and there are so many outlets in every room, you'll wonder what else you can plug in.
