Kitchen includes gas range, refrigerator and microwave oven. $25/month cleaning fee for once monthly cleaning of kitchen and bathroom (you are responsible for keeping your own room clean). Property is gated and has some off-street parking available on a first come first served basis. Application fee is $50, non-refundable (payable by cash, money order or via PayPal). Rent includes all utilities including high speed internet. Total move-in is $1475 ($725 first month's rent, $725 security deposit, + first month's cleaning fee of $25). Minimum requirements to qualify are a credit score of 620+, verifiable gross monthly income of $2175/month, no evictions, no collections. We run credit and background on all applicants.
