The building, unit and furnishings are a very modern loft style with 10' high ceilings. The living room is bright, airy and spacious and has a great view overlooking the promenade and promenade square park. You have full access to the club room w/ 75" TV and pool table, full modern gym (including high end Pelton bike), outdoor patio area with fireplace and large seating area and HOA patio with fire pit over looking the promenade. The place is a high end unit with a full size washer and dryer and air conditioning. The building is extremely secure with security fob access, 24 hour security patrols, building manager and building engineer M-F.
