The main floor features a high-pitched ceiling, wood-burning fireplace, spacious dining area, and a beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen. Blackoak Hideaway sits on the first tier of the lake, offering a short 5-minute walk down to the lake shore. It is conveniently located on the northeast side of the lake, ensuring sunny days all year round. A 10-minute drive to Lake Arrowhead Village, and Blue Jay Village in the opposite direction, and a 5-minute drive to the mini-mart in Cedar Glen. Walking distance to the marina and Tavern Bay. Because of the proximity to the hospital and fire station, the highway in front of the house is always the first to be plowed after a snowfall during the winter months. Lease Terms: Minimum 6-month lease, with option for an additional 6 months and then month-to-month thereafter. Maximum of 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. NO SMOKING, or VAPING in or outside of the house due to high fire risk. No outside fire pits allowed. 1 small potty-trained dog allowed (under 40 lbs, picture required) NO puppies at the beginning of the lease or during the lease. Edison can turn power out at any time due to weather and wind conditions. The home does not have a generator.
