This was our family’s first home and we loved living here. The location is ideal as you are walking distance to beautiful trails overlooking Wood Canyon and only a 10 minute drive from either Laguna Beach or Dana Point. The community is well managed and boasts both a pool and a hot tub. We loved making Sea Breeze Lane our home and expect you will too! The unit has ceiling fans, recessed lighting, wood-look vinyl flooring, crown molding, 10 ft ceilings, and a beautifully remodeled bathroom. This is our only rental property and I both own and manage the property. I am very responsive and there are no middle men or corporations to deal with. We want to put someone in that will love the home and take good care of it. I will not raise your rent if you are a good tenant. Our previous tenant was here for 3 years and I did not raise her rent once. Small pets are allowed, but require additional non-refundable deposit ($100 per cat / $200 per dog). Owner pays water, trash, and sewer. Owner provides microwave, range, dishwasher and oven. Tenant to purchase/bring their own washer, dryer, and fridge. I will not consider anything less than a 12 month lease.
