Our rental Terms and Conditions includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise or complaints, Over Occupancy, Parties, Events, Celebrations, smoking of any kind. evictions are strictly enforced. Please be sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with us. • Smoking is NOT permitted on the premises boundary (from where our driveway meets the street). This includes outside areas. Marijuana is NOT permitted to be Transported, Smoked or Stored on the property boundary. ( Anyone who has recently(48 hrs) smoked marijuana is PROHIBITED from entering the property due to the fowl putrid odor transferring from the user, their clothes, breath to our interior) ZERO TOLERANCE IMMEDIATE EVICTION VIOLATION. • Please note the loft bedroom requires climbing slightly steeper loft style stairs. • Please note this home is a NO pet home.
