Jackson Hills Apartments

We have 1-bedroom(660 sq ft) and 2-Bedroom(800 sq ft). Interiors have dual pane windows, garbage disposal, microwave, electric stove/oven, fridge/freezer, and ceiling fans in bedrooms. 1-bedrooms have a heater in the bathroom, and wall-mounted HVAC units. 2-bedrooms have central heating and air and an additional ceiling fan in the dining area. We have an on-site laundry room for resident use only and a community room for activities. Waitlists vary from type of apartment. 2-bedroom applicants will wait about 8-12 months, Senior 1-bedroom applicants will have the same approximate wait time, and 1-bedroom standard unit applicants are waiting 4.5-5 years.Pets are approved at no more than 35 lbs and with a deposit of $300. Service animals must be approved before move-in and the charge will not be applied if approved. Water, sewer, and garbage is included in the rent cost. Electricity is resident paid. Units are cable ready and no satellites are permitted. Units have carpet in living, hallway, and bedrooms with tile flooring in kitchen, bathroom, and entry way.
