CREDIT REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have positive credit history. including no evictions. Also to include no debt to previous rental property owners. BANKRUPTCIES: Must be discharged for two years prior to approval of an application. RENTAL VERIFICATION: 3 years of verifiable combined Rental/Home Ownership History (excluding renting from family members) for single family homes and multi-family units.
