Hesperia, CA Apartments for Rent

Get your dune buggy saddled up and find your desert oasis in Hesperia, California. Located in the Mojave Desert near the San Gabriel Mountains, this small city offers much more than tumbleweeds and cacti. It is a dynamic, fast-growing city with five nearby shopping malls, several museums, and beautiful Hesperia Lake Park. Throughout the year, there are festivals, rodeos, and outdoor entertainment.

Hesperia Civic Market and Street Fair takes place weekly from May until September. Every Wednesday evening, shop the certified farmer’s market for fresh produce and the street faire for arts and crafts, antiques, and food vendors.

Six nearby mountain resorts include Lake Arrowhead village, a beautiful little village with a ski school, shopping, restaurants, special events, snow skiing, hiking, and horseback riding. Nearby Calico Ghost Town, circa 1881, is a historic silver mining town.

Mojave Narrows Regional Park is a great location for fishing, boating, camping, hiking, horseback riding, and more. This 840-acre park is the site of an ancient riverbed. The park hosts the annual Huck Finn’s Country and Bluegrass Jubilee, a three-day event over Father’s Day weekend.

Several nearby golf courses, Jurupa Lagoon Water Park in Fontana, and the San Manuel Amphitheater in San Bernardino make Hesperia an action-packed place to live.
