(note- this is also listed as a 2br/ 1 bath for $2750. This listing as a 2br would not include the master that would be locked off.) The home is about a mile from downtown Guerneville. Its great location makes you feel like you are in the mountains away from it all, while you are only 5 minutes from downtown Guerneville. Walking distance to the beach (there is a steep HILL involved), close to great wineries-- and all the fab Guerneville restaurants! Fully equipped with a recently renovated kitchen with brand new Designer Cafe Appliances, living room, washer/ dryer and thoughtful, comfortable touches. Relax and unwind in this beautiful, cozy spot! Enjoy the huge deck amongst the redwoods overlooking a beautiful valley view. A new front deck and front yard, with a "shared" back yard. There is a granny unit down below which may be occupied. However, It is still very private. There is driveway parking for 2 cars. There is a garage, but it is not available for parking and may have a very small amount of storage space for use. Great, quiet residential neighborhood. Again, we are on a steep hill, so please keep that in mind. We walk it, but it can be a workout :) There is a nice loop if you do trek all the way up to the top - it will circle back around. There is a flat trail right across the street for a lovely forest walk. If you walk all the way down the hill (about 5-10 minutes), you can cross the street and head through the field to a beach entrance. We also really enjoy walking doing the ~ 2 mile loop on Cherry and Old Cazadero road (walk past the ultra-hip Autocamp). There is a great tennis / pickle ball court down the hill as well on Old Cazadero. We've also walked into town many times - but it's on a pretty busy road. And it's just over a mile. You will pay for utilities including propane, electric, water, trash and wifi- approx. $200-300/ month, depending how you manage your usage of heat, water, etc. (and lower in the summer) If you are interested, please send us a response with information about you, your timing and situation.
