This area is centrally located and equidistant to Orange County/West Los Angeles/Malibu. This classic mid-fifties Retro building won’t necessarily “WOW” you from the street and we don’t have a spa, Latte coffee bar, or Jacuzzi, but we do have some cozy affordable renovated units, friendly management and nice neighbors.
