Very large studio with faux wood floors and a bathroom - attached to the back of a family home, but it's a separate unit. Has its own separate entrance and bathroom. To be completely transparent, this studio is rough around the edges. Older construction and needs some TLC. There is an attached small kitchenette area with a sink and a mini-refrigerator (no stove or gas), but there's room for a small hot plate or small electric stovetop . Furnished with full sized bed, lamp, coffee table, and small table and small tv stand. I'm looking for one friendly and relatively quiet person with verified, work history (6 months +). Background check + 2 references required. No pets unfortunately. I'm open to monthly rental or up to 6 months, maybe more. Rent covers all utilities except electric.
