Access to patio with outdoor dining table, chair, and backyard right in front of the room. Located in super quiet, nice, and friendly neighborhood. Close to big hospitals in Fullerton, Anaheim, Placentia. Close to downtown Fullerton (5 minutes), shopping and entertainment such as Disneyland/Knott's Berry Farm (15 minutes). Strong wifi access. Utilities, internet and weekly cleaning service are on the house. Light cook only at the kitchen area. Washing and dryer - once a week. Limited access to the shared living room.
