Each 776 square foot apartment is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with a dedicated outside storage room, parking space, and one shared laundry room for each building. Rent is $1,280 per month. These new units are reserved for seniors and handicapped people who can afford non-subsidized monthly rents and provide support in our mission to serve the needs of the elderly with safe and affordable housing in our subsidized apartments.
