Set in a peaceful hillside with sweeping views and fresh air, the property is 10–15 minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and essentials. It's 30–45 minutes to downtown San Diego, beaches, and family attractions, with easy access to Rancho San Diego, El Cajon, and local hiking trails. The property is gated for safety and privacy. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. It is professionally cleaned, with fresh linens, towels, and starter supplies provided. Driveway and property parking are available for multiple vehicles. 24/7 host support is available during your stay. Event use is by request only and subject to an additional fee of $50 per guest. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with community quiet times between 10 PM and 8 AM. Amplified music and excessive noise are not allowed, with respectful low volume music permitted until 10 PM. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not permitted inside the property.
