You’ll be within driving distance of several points of interest including the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, the famous Cabazon outlets (and the dinosaurs), spas, casinos, and several breathtaking hikes. Enjoy wonderful views of both the desert and mountains (you might even get to see some snow in the winter). You will have limited access to the living/dining room, kitchen area as this space is shared with owner and other guests. There is parking in the driveway and street. Basic essentials such as soap, paper towels, bathroom paper, and towels are provided day of move-in only. A house manual will be provided upon arrival with instructions for the Wi-Fi, garbage disposal, etc., as well as suggestions for local food, drink, groceries, etc. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED AND WE ASK YOU TO PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS. SMOKING IS ALSO NOT ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hosting you soon! No access to the closets that are locked, the garage, and the main bathroom's bathtub (as it needs to be replaced). There's a PET FEE for any damage/cleaning during your stay. I would appreciate it if you let us know ahead of time before being surprised of the issue. This fee is only if there is any damage made by your pet or if any cleaning needs to be done because of your pet. Pet is NOT allowed on the bed and only one (1) pet stay.
