We have a brand new roof! It has a full kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Why quirky? Because the bathroom sits between the studio and the kitchen which was an addition by a previous owner. You can also enter the kitchen by the deck which has a view of Crowley Lake. My Rental price of $1100 is lower than the current market value of $1461 according to this site, because it comes with the added responsibility to run the snowblower from this unit to the front gate along the driveway, but just one pass will do. Please keep in mind that on snow mornings you will have get up a 1/2 hour earlier to do this. I beleive this is easier for a male to do, so I encourage a male to move in, but I understand that you might be a very strong female. This unit also requires that the tenant keeps a clear walk path to the outside faucet, to make sure that it drips all year around to prevent the main pipe from freezing in winter. This faucet has a heating tape plugged into this unit that must be plugged in and stay on!
