About The Courtyards Apartments

Very quiet community, beautiful courtyard, great neighbors. L'Abri is our company name which is 'shelter' in French. We currently have one vacancy, upstairs with a balcony overlooking a beautiful courtyard. We have an awesome fitness room with TV and AC. Our laundry room is coin operated or app operated. Our swimming pool has a great lounge area. Our apartments come with granite counter tops, classic style cabinetry, laminated wood flooring. We are apart of a great quiet neighbor hood, great for biking, walking, jogging, strolling. We are only nine city blocks away from PCH. Close to the fairgrounds, DMV, Postal Office, Newport Beach Pier, Balboa Island, as well as a multitude of restaurants and other retail shops and local businesses on 17th street and Harbor Blvd. We look forward to showing you our wonderful property.
