Bidwell's Mill Apartments is conveniently located in the heart of Chico next to downtown shopping, restaurants, CSUChico, Bidwell Mansion State Historic Park, Ringel Park, Gateway Science Museum, Bidwell Park One-Mile recreation area and most of Chico's popular social venues. Large sliding glass doors offer window views of the creek from the comfort of your living room or step out onto your patio to enjoy the serene view and sounds of Big Chico Creek. Our windowed bedrooms have ceiling fans and sliding door closets. These apartments have ample storage space, and are equipped with central heat and air, dishwashers, garbage disposals, ceiling fans, and best of all, off street parking in the downtown area!
Our professional onsite Resident Manager is available M-F during office hours or by appointment.
