Polo is played from May to October, generally on Fridays and Sundays. One king bed, shower and bath. Glasses, china, cooking utensils, serving bowls, linens and soft furnishings provided. Gas BBQ with tools. Table and eight chairs on grass patio. One covered parking space included, with guest parking. Gated community & pool. The condo is within easy driving distance of many shops, beaches, sights and restaurants on Santa Clause Lane (3 mins); the historic beach town of Carpinteria (6 mins); ritzy Montecito; laid back Summerland; and gorgeous Santa Barbara (15-20 mins). A dedicated Amtrak station in Carpinteria serves the Pacific Surfliner from San Diego to San Louis Obispo. Ideal for polo manager, patron or high goal player seasonal accommodation. One small house-trained dog allowed and dates moderately flexible.
