There is a dining table, and a kitchenette in which you can cook a meal. Included small appliances are refrigerator, air fryer, microwave, portable induction stove top, toaster, oven, coffee maker. Rent is $2500 for six months minimum. If renting less than six months rent is $150 more per month. Long-term guest is welcome.  Call for application instructions: $35 for 30 day access.  If you want to reserve this unit, $1500 is required as a nonrefundable reservation deposit which converts to security deposit upon move in.
