The recreation room can be used for private parties, with a refundable deposit. You get the front bedroom, on the small size, and a large adjoining room that can be used as a work room or for storage. The space includes some of my printing equipment. You get full access to the kitchen, living room, and laundry area. Your private bathroom adjoins your bedroom. Utilities included. My bedroom is at the opposite end of the house.
