The owners, a retired couple, will be living in the ADU approximately four - six months a year (likely summer and winter). When they are not there the ADU may possibly be used occasionally by the owners' family & friends (although this has not yet occurred). The ADU shares walls (some soundproofed) with the main house, but has its own separate entrance. Contact with the owners will be infrequent. You will live in the larger main portion of the home.
