The backyard is your oasis, featuring a relaxing hot tub, a fire pit, a pond, and a propane BBQ. The property is pet-friendly with a nonrefundable fee of $100 per pet. The backyard is completely enclosed for pets. There is a two-car garage with an EV charger and two additional parking spaces in the driveway. No on-street parking is allowed. Cypress Cove is located in a quiet residential neighborhood only a few minutes from the 101. Security cameras are located at the front and left side of the house for your security, but there are no cameras inside the main home. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. If damage is incurred from your pet, you will be charged an additional fee. The backyard is directly next to the fairway, so golf balls may occasionally enter the yard. Please be alert when outside. The home includes reliable high-speed internet (200 Mbps) and two dedicated workspaces, making it ideal for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
