Hello! Our four bedroom home in Sunnybrae has recently become vacant. Spacious and convenient. Small yard for additional hangout/living space but doesn't have a complete fence around the property. There is a detached locking shed for bikes, tools, misc. Landscaping maintenance and garbage service are paid for by owner. Tenants are responsible for water and PG&E. The Red bus line is adjacent to the house with the bus stop being on the same street corner. You are on campus 8 minutes later! Campus is 1 1/2 miles by bike or walk. Murphy's Market and Ace Hardware in the Sunny Brae shopping center are a couple short blocks away. The Sunny Brae Park and the associated trail system is a block up the road.
