Our 66 apartments are occupied most of the time and when one unit becomes available, is rented right away by any of our long prospects' waiting list. At this moment we have only one 1 bedroom-1 bathroom unit on the first floor at $2400 a month with a 12 month lease and $500 deposit on approved credit. Also we have a 2 bedroom-1 bathroom unit on the second floor at $3000 a moth with a 12 month lease and $1000 deposit on approved credit.
