This location is perfect for those looking for affordability without sacrificing quality. But what really sets our community apart is our easy-going pet policy. That's right, we are pet-friendly and even have a pet deposit of $500, making it easier for you to bring your furry friend along. Let's not forget about all the other perks included such as parking, air conditioning, clubhouse with a billiard table and shuffle board. We also have board games for the whole family. We have a beautiful sparkling pool, jacuzzi, gym, extra storage. We are also just a short distance from our major attractions such as Knott's Berry Farm, Disneyland and Downtown Disney and plenty of dining at the Anaheim Packing District. Pet Policy: $500 security deposit per cat and dog. Cats are $50 per month. Dogs are $75 per month and have a weight limit of 25lbs.
