The apartment has a separate entrance with a north facing private patio and a great view of the National Forest. Full kitchen. Queen size bed. There is ample parking including room for trailers or multiple vehicles. Horses are welcome and the corral and stable are currently not occupied, so they are all yours. Added fee for horses. Horses must have an up to date Certificate of Veterinarian Inspection. Some pets may be acceptable, please ask if you have a pet. There are hiking and riding trails just outside the gate. Amazing sunrises and sunsets. We do get an occasional snow (in the Winter!!)
