Ainsley got her start in Real Estate in 2004 while attending UCSB and working as a weekend receptionist at a local real estate brokerage. Post graduation, life took Ainsley to Portland, Oregon where she was previously licensed as a Real Estate Broker and climbed her way up the ladder in Property Management. During her tenure in Property Management, Ainsley managed a vast array of properties including Planned Unit Developments, Commercial, Multifamily Properties and Condominiums ranging in size from garden style apartments to high rise buildings. She also oversaw vendor compliance. Ainsley and her husband moved back to California when they were expecting their first child and Ainsley left a 700 unit portfolio in Oregon and Washington states to become a stay at home mom, all the while keeping her foot in the door to the real estate industry by managing her own investment property. Ultimately, stay at home life wasn’t fulfilling after such a fast paced career and Ainsley got her California salesperson license and has been passionately helping clients meet their real estate goals since 2019! In her free time you’ll find Ainsley swimming with her family or on the Ojai Valley Trail. An avid gardener, Ainsley keeps chickens and grows a wide variety of organic fruits, vegetables, herbs, edible flowers and drought tolerant ornamentals in her Ojai garden.
