The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, a coffee station, and plenty of dishes and utensils for large groups. A fully stocked laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available. The property offers ample parking for up to six cars in the driveway. Nestled within a cul-de-sac of other lake houses, the property offers a beautiful drive through rolling hills and scenic Arkansas views. The closest boat ramp is Hickory Creek Park Boat Ramp, located 6 miles away. The nearest gas station and grocery store, Hometown Country Store, is 9 miles away, while Johnson's Hickory Creek Diner is 5 miles away. Fiesta Liquors, the nearest liquor store, is 7.5 miles away.
