This is a studio type apartment, above two car garage. It is has a full bed, come with bed, pull out couch. Hot plate, coffee maker, Keurig pot, crockpot, griddle, pots and pans, spoons and forks, small ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, broom, brand new AC/heater, microwave, small fridge, TV, and cabinets for clothings, computer desk, lamp, side table, and a small coat rack. You may connect to the internet cable but it’s not guaranteed that you’d stay connected, internet is very slow here so be sure to have a back up. It comes with one parking spot, designated for the renter. Visitors are allowed but only for two days. We have to be notified if you’re letting a friend stay.
