It also features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with seating, a 55-inch Smart TV, a wood-burning fireplace, a Big Green Egg grill, life jackets, beach towels, a hammock, a washer, a dryer, and extra linens and towels. Two canoes are available for guest use. Located 3 miles from Rocky Branch Marina, 6 miles from Hobbs State Park, and 2.2 miles from Shaddox Hollow, this cabin offers ultimate privacy and an escape from it all. It's also 7.1 miles from Historic War Eagle Mill and 25 minutes from Downtown Rogers. No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking in the home will result in a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. County-wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy.
